WTMS has created an in house Food Shelf for students/families in need. Food from breakfast and lunch is collected and distributed by Work Based Learning students(employees) to students who have been identified as eligible through their Counselor or Social Worker. Students may inquire through their teacher or counselor for more information about the program and how to register.

WTMS’s Career Seminar class runs a professional clothing closet for students in need. Students can borrow or keep outfits for professional situations such as a job interviews, internships, professional conferences, award ceremonies, prom and more. Students who are interested should see Ms. Gill in room 2410 for more information.

Nurse/Dental Office

*One Stop Shop

WTMS has a school based Nurse/Dental Office that distributes hygiene items and clothing to students in need as well as Dental services. Items available in the Nurse’s office include deodorant, toothpaste/toothbrush and lotion to name a few. Students can come in to the Nurse’s Office and request a hygiene item or article of clothing including pants, shirts, under garments, socks and winter outerwear. Dental Services include school based care, screenings and outreach.
