I was born and raised in Saint Paul, Graduated from Central HS class of 1980. I received my Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology and a Masters Degree in Mathematics Education also from the U of M.

I've worked in the Saint Paul School system since 1996, as a Math Teacher at Highland JHS, Harding HS, Arlington HS, and Hazel Park JHS. I started working at Washington Technology Magnet in 2007 as the Technology Coordinator. The staff at Washington have consistently pushed the use of technology in the classroom and brought many innovative ideas and interactive projects into the student learning enviroment. I'm proud of my part in supporting and helping classroom Teacher as they bring these projects into the classroom learning space at Washington.
