Thanks for visiting my page!  My name is Jeff Rahman and I've been teaching in St. Paul for 20 years.  This will be my 6th year Washington.  I currently teach 7th grade American studies and AVID.   I am also Washington's assistant Varsity Cross Country coach, as well as the Middle School Track and Field head coach.

I earned my Bachelor's Degree in K-8 Education from Saint John's University/College of St. Benedict.  I also have a Master of Arts in Teaching (with a focus on Technology Integration) from Hamline University.

When I'm not teaching or coaching, I spend time with my wife, children, other family members and friends.  My family likes to play sports, go hiking, watch movies and eat popcorn. I'm also an avid Minnesota sports fan. Other hobbies I enjoy include: cooking, running, music, art and traveling, among other things.
