Staff Profile

Welcome to Washington!  My name is Mrs. Crusinberry and I am an EL (English Language) Teacher.  I primarily work with the 6th grade team and students, but serve all EL students in grades 6-8.  I also serve as the EL Team Lead at Washington Middle.  This is my 3rd year at Washington, but my 6th year in SPPS.  Prior to Washington, I was a teacher at Parkway Montessori and Community Middle School.

I attended Luther College in Iowa, majoring in Political Science and French and minoring in Religion.  I later attended Hamline University to receive my training and licensure in EL Education.

I live in Maplewood with my husband and two young daughters.  I enjoy reading fiction, traveling to new places and spending time with my loved ones.
