Français with Madame Daniel
Bonjour!
Madame Daniel est le prof de français. She teaches French I-IV and has been at Washington since September, 2012. She is from Richfield, Minnesota but studied French at Northern Illinois University and received her B.A. in French and Education. She returned to Minnesota and finished a Spanish licensure at the University of Minnesota. Throughout the years, she has taught French and Spanish in various districts in Minnesota and also spent a year teaching in Florida.
When she has the time, Madame Daniel loves to travel. She went to France and Switzerland in high school and has also visited Canada, Mexico, Panama, Dominican Republic, Brazil and Haiti. She has taken students to Costa Rica and France as well. Besides traveling, she loves to dance. She started with dancing salsa but now does West Coast Swing, Tango, Cha Cha, Samba, Bachata, Rumba and many others. She enjoys learning other Latin and Ballroom dances and improving her skills. She also enjoys spending time with her family, especially her niece and twin nephews, and watching Improv.
She resides in the Twin Cities with her husband and their chiweenie.
